As a Trust and Safety Incident Operations Specialist (Bilingual), you will be the utmost partner to our customers and pros, aiming to understand and resolve their concerns while ensuring a safe and high-quality experience on the Thumbtack platform.

In Short

• Independently assess and address trust and safety concerns via phone and email.
• Identify issues, trends, and common problems facing users.
• Demonstrate flexibility to take on a wide range of projects.
• Oversee payment and distribution of the Thumbtack Guarantee.
• Assist in executing OKR’s and KPI’s.
• Build and maintain interdepartmental relationships.
• Act independently while knowing when to seek guidance.

Requirements

• Experience in advanced Customer Support, case management, or skilled mediation.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
