Requirements

• 7+ years of technical support experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in VMware, Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, and Azure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in managed services preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse client environment.
• Experience with LAN/WAN and Wireless Administration.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Technical subject matter expert in MSP products.
