Requirements

• Associate degree in veterinary technology from an AVMA-accredited program.
• Active veterinary technician license required.
• 1–2+ years of veterinary recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with CRM and ATS systems.
• Skilled with social media platforms related to talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
