Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to lead customer acquisition, strengthen partner engagement, and accelerate our growth in the United Arab Emirates and GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) markets.

In Short

  • Driving sales initiatives and implementing scalable growth systems.

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle sales, with expertise in real estate, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Develop and execute sales and growth strategies focused on Dubai and the GCC region.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for business growth.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM and other tools.
  • Drive lead generation and client acquisition efforts with targeted strategies.
  • Deliver impactful demos and pitches that resonate with prospective clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in Dubai’s real estate market.
  • Active experience as a Dubai real estate broker or agent.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close strategic contracts.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong prospecting skills with a hunter mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the Middle East business culture.
