In Short

  • Provide solutions-based support to important customers.
  • Deploy, troubleshoot, and support the ThreatConnect product.
  • Work with various teams onsite or remotely.
  • Maintain and innovate existing deployment methods and documentation.
  • Provide deployment-related support and troubleshooting.
  • Track data to identify patterns in deployments.
  • Coordinate deployment training with internal employees and customers.
  • Diagnose application behavior and network issues.
  • Work with Customer Success and Engineering teams for scaling efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years in Information Technology with experience in Linux deployments.
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in network security.
  • Excellent knowledge of security solutions and technologies.
  • Expert level knowledge of Linux Operating Systems.
  • Thorough understanding of Java-based Application Server environments.
  • Customer-facing skills for effective communication.
  • Experience supporting custom enterprise software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Above-average organizational and time management skills.
