Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Sparrow Connected team, responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their goals and realize the full value of their investment in our platform.

In Short

  • Onboard clients using Sparrow’s TakeFlight program.
  • Develop and manage client portfolios.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers.
  • Attain expert-level product knowledge.
  • Provide training and product demonstrations.
  • Analyze customer feedback and adoption data.
  • Grow customer engagement through various methods.
  • Monitor customer usage patterns for growth opportunities.
  • Track contract end dates for renewals.
  • Collaborate with Support Engineers for seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success or related role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative.
  • Highly collaborative across teams.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
