Theoria Medical is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our Software Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in customer service and technical support
• BPO experience for at least 5 years
• Strong communication skills
• Amenable to night shift schedule and holidays
