Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in QA automation or SDET roles.
• Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman).
• Experience with MongoDB and relational databases.
• Exposure to AI-driven testing solutions.
• Background in the healthcare or insurance domain preferred.
• HIPAA certification or strong understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and API testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in mentoring and leading QA team members.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
