Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one data analytics language, with a preference for Python.
• Strong background in data modeling, analytics design, and statistical methodologies.
• Experience with business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker); Tableau experience is required.
• Deep understanding of analytics platforms, ETL processes, and data quality standards.
• Proven leadership experience including mentoring and project management.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
