Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for guiding enterprise clients through onboarding and ensuring they derive real business value from Thematic's AI-driven platform.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products.
  • Data analysis skills, including proficiency with Excel/CSV.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
