The VA Group is looking for a sharp, self-driven AI Engineer to lead the development of our next generation of AI-powered tools. You'll be at the center of the product development process, bridging the gap between intelligent data and compelling user experiences.

In Short

• Architect and build core features for AI-powered tools.
• Design and maintain robust data scraping pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to iterate on new features.
• Experiment with and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Contribute to the full stack using modern web technologies.
• Conduct research to improve the accuracy and performance of machine learning systems.

Requirements

• Practical experience in software development focused on AI-driven applications.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with web frameworks like Next.js, React, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with scraping tools like Playwright, Puppeteer, BeautifulSoup, or Scrapy.
• Bonus points for experience with vector databases, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
• A bias for action and excellent communication skills.
