Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with deep GoHighLevel (GHL) expertise to be the right-hand person for our client. This long-term role is perfect for someone who loves building systems from scratch, optimizing workflows, and managing automations.

In Short

• Build and manage GoHighLevel campaigns and workflows from the ground up.
• Set up and maintain automations using Zapier.
• Manage large lead databases and maintain system accuracy.
• Oversee and support other VAs, ensuring processes are followed.
• Continuously improve GHL systems and automations for efficiency.
• Act as the client’s operations right-hand, proactively identifying issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience setting up and managing GoHighLevel systems.
• Strong experience with Zapier integrations.
• Familiarity with SMS, email campaigns, and call system integrations.
• Experience managing processes and supervising team members.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
