Overview

The United Firm is seeking a BDC Representative for Legal Sales to manage client service requests and assist the legal team with new client cases, particularly for the Spanish-speaking population.

In Short

• Handle inbound phone calls and set appointments.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2 years of experience in intake, preferably in legal.
• Experience with case management software is a plus.
