The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is seeking a Remote Deferred Action Legal Assistant to support our Immigration department. This role involves managing client relationships and assisting in various aspects of immigration cases.

In Short

• Prepare forms, letters, and documents for attorney review.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding case status.
• Utilize case management systems like CLIO and Airtable.
• Update case management systems with client and case information.
• Complete assignments and report to the Legal Supervisor.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking in case management.
• 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Law required.
• Knowledge of Deferred Action is essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Immigration Law experience.
• Knowledge of Deferred Action.
• Experience with Case Management Software.
• Bilingual (Spanish - English).
