The United Firm is seeking a dedicated Remote Immigration Attorney to protect clients' rights and manage their caseload effectively while collaborating with a team of professionals.

In Short

• Explain immigration concepts and provide strategic solutions.
• Represent individuals in removal proceedings.
• Manage a workload of immigration cases.
• Conduct intakes with detained individuals.
• Prepare various immigration applications.
• Review and adjust immigration applications.
• Work with law enforcement and community organizations.
• Meet with potential clients for consultations.
• Prepare clients for court and USCIS testimony.
• Provide legal analysis for case benefits.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Immigration Law experience.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Experience with Family-Based Petitions and other USCIS applications.
• Experience with Case Management Software preferred.
