• Seeking a Business Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic team.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and manage immigration programs.
• Experience with high volume employment-based NIV and IV immigration cases.
• Legal research and preparation of complex written projects.
• Review work of paralegals for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare and file cases including H-1B, I-140, I-485.
• Client management and consultation for Small Business clients.
• Support Managing Attorney on Enterprise clients.
• Assist with casework quality maintenance.
• Mentor paralegals and provide supervision as required.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Admittance to the State Bar.
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• 1+ years of experience with PERM.
• Experience with H-1B, L-1, TN, and E visas.
• Track record of meeting Service Level Expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Fluency in English; bilingual a plus.
