Overview

As an Immigration Attorney on our High-Skilled Immigration team, you will be part of a team of Attorneys and Case Managers that help our clients navigate immigrant work visa issues.

• Work with clients to develop and implement legal strategies for work visa matters.
• Conduct in-depth conversations with clients to explain immigrant work visa application processes.
• Prepare and file immigrant work visa applications with the appropriate government offices.
• Research legal issues related to immigrant work visa applications.
• Collaborate with team members to gather supporting information and evidence.
• Answer questions about immigrant work visa application process steps.
• Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence issued by government agencies.
• Stay informed on the latest immigration law developments.
• Manage a busy caseload efficiently.
• Deliver highly responsive and proactive client service.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree & member of any US State Bar.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a busy caseload.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Patience in conducting educational correspondence with clients.
