Overview

The Junior Instructional Designer / eLearning Designer will create engaging and sustainable training modules for the TTC Contact Centre, utilizing best practices in eLearning.

In Short

• Develop content-specific, competency-based training materials.
• Utilize rapid eLearning authoring tools like Captivate and Articulate.
• Consult with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts.
• Translate design requirements into functional learning modules.
• Upload eLearning materials on LMS for viewing.
• Test and troubleshoot eLearning courses.
• Collaborate with L&D team on online training courses.
• Manage and develop the existing LMS.
• Promote online content to increase adoption.
• Complete projects within specified timelines.
