BSA Analyst - Remote

Overview

The BSA Analyst position involves performing BSA/AML activity monitoring, analytics, and reporting for a bank client in a hybrid remote setting.

In Short

• Administer the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program.
• Review daily and monthly reports for Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR).
• Review Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) for accuracy.
• Assist with SAR Investigations and follow-up reviews.
• Monitor high-risk accounts according to established schedules.
• Analyze core application and AML system reports.
• Present suspicious activity cases to BSA Officer.
• Conduct internet research for SAR investigations.
• Verify risk ratings for new accounts.
• Provide recommendations for BSA training.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of banking experience.
• Knowledge of BSA regulatory requirements.
• Basic knowledge of banking regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office.
