In Short

  • Drive growth by engaging with wellness retailers, head shops, vape shops, and convenience stores.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with retail partners.
  • Educate customers on our brands and product lines.
  • Organize and attend trade shows and promotional events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline.
  • Manage travel and scheduling within your territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments related to hemp.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems like Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel extensively.

Benefits

  • $60,000- $145,000 OTE (Base: $55,000-$70,000 + Uncapped Commission)
