Overview

The Pack Labs is seeking a creative and driven Creative Copywriter to be the voice of our brands- both the ones we currently have and those we will develop in the future. You will live and breathe these brands, immersing yourself in their identities, understanding their audiences, and crafting copy that truly resonates.

In Short

  • Own the voice and tone of our brands, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Write engaging and informative copy for a variety of platforms, including web content, social media, email campaigns, and product descriptions.
  • Research and deeply understand our brands, products, and target audience to create persuasive messaging that drives conversions.
  • Conceptualize and develop creative ad campaigns from scratch for both static and video content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to brainstorm ideas and create content that supports product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional creativity and ability to develop fresh, unique ideas from concept to execution.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to keep our messaging fresh and impactful.
  • Strong understanding of the storytelling process, particularly in short-form video.
  • Ensure that all copy aligns with The Pack Labs' voice and brand guidelines, while also being optimized for SEO.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in the cannabis or related industries.
  • Exceptional creativity and ability to develop fresh, unique ideas from concept to execution.
  • Experience with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and brand-consistent copy for a variety of platforms and audiences.
  • Experience working within the restricted product category on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and a strong understanding of compliance with advertising guidelines.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience writing for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven content optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
