Enterprise Citrix Cloud Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Citrix Cloud Engineer with previous experience to join our infrastructure team. This individual will help play a critical role in the implementation, support, and optimization of our Global Citrix Cloud environment.

In Short

• Implement and support enterprise-grade Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments on Windows Server platforms.
• Perform system performance tuning, monitoring, and reporting using Citrix DAAS.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and desktop teams for optimized end-user experiences.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to connectivity, latency, and application errors.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments including Group Policy and Active Directory integration.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Cyber Security and DEV-OPS.
• Maintain documentation on environment architecture and standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in deploying and supporting large-scale Citrix Cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of GPO, OU, and Active Directory environments.
• Familiarity with MFA Cloud Security and SSO.
• Experience building and configuring Cloud Connectors and FAS servers.
• Knowledge of Citrix policies and app publishing.
• Experience with VDA Workstation configuration and deployment.
