Overview

The Senior Associate, Donor Relations and Development is responsible for providing project management and operations support for the Donor/Development Department, focusing on identifying and cultivating new donors while providing outstanding support to existing donors.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience using AI tools and e-marketing platforms.
• Ability to assist with occasional physical tasks.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and customer service skills.
