The Senior Associate, Content Development is responsible for collaborating with the content marketing team to assist in the development and execution of our content strategy. Your work will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging our target audiences through compelling content across various digital platforms.

• Manage a database of learner and alumni stories.
• Write clean, concise, and error-free copy.
• Conceptualize and manage monthly impact report content.
• Support cross-organization content and branding needs.
• Conduct research on industry-related topics.
• Collaborate on content calendars and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent.
• Create videos and strategize content using various tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or relevant field.
• 2-3 years experience in communications, marketing, or copywriting.
• Excellent storytelling and writing skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles.
• Experience with CRM tools and strategy.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Content development skills using Adobe and Canva.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
