Overview

The Senior Development Associate is a highly motivated team player who will support the President of MSI-US and other senior leaders with organizational and project management tasks, focusing on donor stewardship and administrative support.

In Short

  • Support the President of MSI-US with administrative tasks.
  • Manage donor communications and scheduling.
  • Assist in organizing board meetings and logistics.
  • Maintain communication tracking processes.
  • Coordinate travel and event logistics.
  • Draft and edit documents and correspondence.
  • Support senior leaders in team collaboration.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
  • Commit to MSI-US's mission of women's empowerment.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in non-profit administration.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience in reproductive health or related sectors preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Understanding of donor cultivation and stewardship.
