The Training & Development Senior Associate is responsible for designing and developing learning solutions that align with business needs and strategies. Requirements

• Proven experience in developing eLearning and other learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of instructional design best practices.
• Experience with training needs analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong consulting and client relations skills.
• Collaborative work style with high standards of excellence.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
