Director, Institutional Giving - Remote

Overview

The Director, Institutional Giving leads revenue generation from government agencies, corporations, and family foundations, managing prospecting, proposal development, and reporting for corporate partnerships and government grants.

In Short

• Develop and execute an institutional fundraising strategy.
• Identify and cultivate new institutional funding sources.
• Write and oversee grant proposals and applications.
• Manage government grant compliance and reporting.
• Grow corporate philanthropy partnerships and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling proposals.
• Conduct institutional prospect research.
• Maintain funder relationships through meetings and site visits.
• Track fundraising progress and prepare updates for leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Public Healthcare.
• 5+ years of experience in institutional fundraising.
• 5+ years of experience with government grant writing.
• Experience securing large gifts over $100,000.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional writing and project management skills.
• Ability to work EST hours.
• Self-motivation and a self-starter attitude.
