Wingmate is an AI-driven personal enhancement platform designed to help people improve their skills, relationships, money, and health. We’re looking for a social media wiz—someone who lives and breathes online culture, understands viral content, and can craft a strong, engaging voice for Wingmate across multiple platforms. This is an exciting CONTRACT opportunity.

In Short

• Create & execute a high-energy, viral-first organic social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Reddit, and Discord.
• Stay ahead of trends and jump into conversations at the right time, making Wingmate a go-to brand for personal growth and AI-driven self-improvement.
• Engage deeply with online communities, commenting, and hyping up our audience daily.
• Own and grow our Reddit and Discord presence—moderate, seed conversations, create engaging threads, and turn passive followers into engaged fans.
• Ideate, script, and create viral videos (or work with creators) that are fun, shareable, and trend-worthy.
• Write killer copy for social posts, captions, and threads that hook people in and match Wingmate’s brand vibe.
• Experiment & optimize content to increase engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness.
• Monitor performance using social analytics tools, learning from what works, and doubling down on successful tactics.
• Collaborate with influencers & creators to amplify our reach.
• Be the voice of Wingmate—someone who can mix humor, insight, and authority in a way that makes people want to follow us.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, and product) to align social strategies with brand goals and help maintain a consistent voice & branding across all of our channels.
