Overview

The Lifetime Value Co. is looking for a data-driven Social Media Strategy & Content Manager to own the voice and presence of our brands across social platforms including Meta, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

In Short

  • Research and analyze viral trends and high-performing creators.
  • Design and execute structured experiments to learn what works.
  • Use performance data to inform creative strategy.
  • Collaborate with Paid Marketing teams for content testing.
  • Plan, create, and publish organic content across various platforms.
  • Engage with the community and build relationships with followers.
  • Own the analysis of social performance metrics.
  • Partner with designers and copywriters for creative asset development.
  • Manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for understanding what makes content go viral.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media content strategy.
  • Proven track record of growing audiences through data-driven strategy.
  • Deep understanding of social algorithms and content psychology.
  • Experience with structured experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Strong skills in short-form video creation.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Desire to test, measure, and repeat successful strategies.
