Part-Time Tier 1 Scheduler - Remote

Overview

The IMA Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tier 1 Scheduler. In this role, you will efficiently schedule medical and psychological examination appointments while managing both outbound and inbound calls.

In Short

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients.
• Interface with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain scheduling information in the database.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Keep detailed records of appointments and communications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year clerical and telephone experience.
• Proficiency with computer hardware and software.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Previous experience in scheduling or customer service preferred.
