Overview

The Senior Liquidity Manager is a senior leader within Treasury and Finance & Strategy, responsible for managing the Bank’s liquidity profile, including measuring, monitoring, and reporting on liquidity.

• Manage Internal Liquidity Stress Testing (ILST) Framework.
• Lead quarterly approvals of liquidity stress testing practices.
• Develop key liquidity assumptions and evaluate ILST assumptions.
• Oversee daily ILST for liquidity risk management.
• Collaborate with various teams to manage liquidity risk position.
• Engage with regulators and industry peers on liquidity topics.
• Advise management on liquidity-related issues and optimization strategies.
• Manage and develop team members in the Liquidity Team.
• Participate in meetings with senior management and stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in Treasury, Risk, or Consulting.
• Preferred qualifications: MBA, CFA, FRM, or CPA.
• Experience in financial modeling and analytics.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
