The Practice Finance Business Support Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth across the Practice Finance division.

• Support the Practice Finance sales leadership team by coordinating strategic initiatives.
• Prepare performance updates and streamline communication across regions.
• Own the development and distribution of internal and external presentations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or similar education.
• Minimum of 3 years' project management and/or event coordination experience.
• Proven experience in business support or sales operations.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
• Experience in financial services or healthcare lending.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools.
• Business development or partnership development experience.
