Overview

The Asset Based Lending (ABL) Relationship Manager is responsible for managing complex loan transactions, ensuring proper servicing of loans, and analyzing client financial statuses.

In Short

  • Manage complex loan deals and evaluate client portfolios.
  • Conduct independent analysis of financial data and collateral trends.
  • Develop relationships with borrowers and agent banks.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio management reports.
  • Review client field exams and appraisals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate collateral reporting.
  • Cross-sell bank products to enhance client relationships.
  • Present annual credit reviews to senior management.
  • Work with third-party consultants on distressed credits.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical skills in financial data and credit assessment.
  • Ability to manage complex deals and relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with portfolio management.
  • Knowledge of economic conditions and industry trends.
  • Proficient in collateral management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits.
