Operations Group Intern - Remote

Overview

The HALO Trust is seeking a highly motivated and proactive graduate or student for a paid internship position to support the Operations Group, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of global operations.

In Short

• Support the overall running of the Operations Group with administrative tasks.
• Organize and coordinate important Operations Group events.
• Ensure the internal intranet is up to date.
• Coordinate the collation and distribution of quarterly situation reports.
• Conduct research and write short reports on various topics.
• Provide administration support to the Global Security Advisor.
• Assist wider teams with various tasks including research and monitoring systems.
• Support the Operations Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer with ad hoc tasks.
