Overview

The International Finance Manager (IFM) will lead financial planning and management for HALO's operations in Libya and North Africa, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Familiarity with financial software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Adaptive Insights).
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
