Overview

The Good Feet Store is looking for a highly organized, proactive Administrative Support Specialist to assist our District Manager overseeing 11 retail locations across Massachusetts. This full-time position offers flexibility, variety, and a meaningful mission: supporting a team that helps people live pain-free through foot wellness.

In Short

  • Remote position with occasional in-person meetings in the Boston area.
  • Full-time role with a schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Compensation ranging from $15 to $18 per hour based on experience.
  • Responsibilities include organizing Google reviews and scheduling Zoom meetings.
  • Support with inventory management and store stock levels.
  • Assist in scheduling events and preparing travel itineraries.
  • Help with new hire onboarding and personnel support.
  • Strong communication skills required, particularly via email and Zoom.
  • Must be based in Boston or surrounding areas.
  • Experience in retail or operations is a plus.

Requirements

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Drive and Zoom.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently.
  • Experience in retail operations is advantageous.
