In Short

  • Research and identify potential clients, specifically tech analysts at private equity firms, using LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
  • Execute email outreach campaigns and prospect nurturing (Note: No cold calling required)
  • Manage lead capture and follow-up in HubSpot
  • Schedule and coordinate sales appointments
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks
  • Assist with payroll management
  • Generate and maintain financial reports
  • Create and schedule social media content
  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams via Slack

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales operations
  • Previous experience as an EA/VA preferred, particularly in lead generation and appointment setting
  • Proven experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Strong proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
  • Experience with financial management tools, particularly QuickBooks
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
