Overview

The Energy Coalition (TEC) is looking for Project Coordinators to support workforce development initiatives, focusing on climate action and sustainability. This role involves mentoring, training facilitation, and administrative support to ensure positive outcomes for community service projects.

In Short

• Provide mentorship and administrative assistance to Climate Action Corps Fellows.
• Build and maintain relationships with project host sites and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate training on climate action topics.
• Communicate and coordinate implementation activities effectively.
• Assist in planning in-person lab days for K-8 students.
• Engage in program enrollment and implementation.

Requirements

• Experience with AmeriCorps Fellowship preferred.
• Relevant work experience in sustainability and community engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in public speaking and audience engagement.
• Strong project management skills.
