Event Program Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Economist Group is seeking an Event Program Coordinator to assist in the development and delivery of content, programs, and speaker recruitment for custom events across Europe and the Americas.

In Short

• Support program leads in managing program development and speaker invitations.
• Handle speaker communications and logistics leading up to events.
• Maintain speaker trackers and update presentation decks for clients.
• Coordinate with various teams for smooth event planning and execution.
• Travel to assist with on-site delivery of events.
• Ensure communication meets The Economist brand standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding administrative and project management skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Understanding of The Economist and its brand.
• Positive, collaborative mindset.
• Work in the London office at least two days a week.
• No degree requirement.
