The US Regional Organizer is responsible for supporting volunteer-led chapters and Climate Reality Leaders across the United States, providing resources, trainings, and dedicated support for climate action.

• Support volunteer-led chapters and Climate Reality Leaders.

• Support administrative duties for chapters.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multi-task.
• Experience with cultural diversity and volunteer engagement.
• Dedication to solving the climate crisis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Organizing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
