Regional Manager, Community Organizing - Remote

Overview

The Regional Manager, Community Outreach will lead the Georgia State Office’s outreach, organizing, and capacity building efforts in Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia. The Regional Manager will engage with the community to understand their priority needs/issues and manage outreach efforts to ensure that all voters in the state have the information that they need to access the ballot.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of field organizing experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in social justice and civil rights work.
• Knowledge of voter contact tactics.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
