Overview

The Senior Program Manager, Field QA leads enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen and standardize quality programs across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in food Quality Assurance or Quality Systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex quality initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (GMP, FDA, ISO).
• Exceptional program management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage, coach and develop talent.
• Assertive yet collaborative work style.
• Strong business partnering and relationship management skills.
