Lead Security Analyst – Incident Response - Remote

Overview

The Lead Security Analyst – Incident Response will play a critical role in Campbell’s Cybersecurity Incident Response Team, focusing on detection, validation, containment, remediation, and communication during cybersecurity events.

• Perform cybersecurity incident response including event analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with third-party Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) and internal teams.
• Lead forensic analysis of security incidents.
• Enhance detection and response capabilities through automation and process improvement.
• Conduct threat intelligence and threat hunting activities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including executives.
• Develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with security teams to improve organizational security posture.
• Assess existing security measures and recommend improvements.
• Maintain security monitoring and incident response documentation.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years in Information Security.
• 5+ years in Incident Response.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess security incidents.
• High level of technical expertise in information security.
• Experience with SIEM platforms and security technologies.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python and PowerShell.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
• Local candidates preferred but open to remote work.
