Overview

The Associate Business Team Engineer will interface with cross-functional divisional teams, supporting category teams, R&D, and Network Operations in developing new initiatives. This role is crucial in guiding manufacturing changes and supporting engineering leadership.

• Work with cross-functional teams on engineering initiatives.

• Analyze manufacturing systems for performance improvement.
• Travel requirement of 50%.
• Support category teams with key project updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of corporate or plant engineering experience.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Cross-functional experience is a plus.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Business acumen and leadership skills.
