The Boutique COO supports business owners and founders and is looking for an excellent, self-starting, virtual assistant to join the team.

• Support a client looking for someone with Dubsado experience.
• Manage projects on behalf of clients and meet deadlines.
• Complete a variety of virtual assistant tasks including scheduling and emailing.
• Manage lead conversion and conduct research projects.
• Handle data entry and other project-related tasks.
• Professionally communicate with clients and adapt to their needs.
• Work flexible hours starting at 20 hours per week.
• Potential to grow to 40 hours per week as the business expands.
• Most project turnaround times are 1-2 days.
• This is a remote position.
