  • Support business owners and founders as a virtual assistant.
  • Manage projects and meet deadlines on behalf of clients.
  • Perform tasks such as scheduling, emailing, and data entry.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and adapt to their needs.
  • Flexible schedule with potential to grow hours from 20 to 40 per week.
  • Most project turnaround times are 1-2 days.
  • Experience with Hubspot is required.
  • Remote position.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and project management tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
