Overview

Brick by Brick Collective supports the Real Estate Industry and is looking for an excellent, self-starting, virtual assistant to join the team.

In Short

  • Manage projects for Real Estate clients while meeting deadlines
  • Complete various virtual assistant tasks including scheduling and emailing
  • Manage lead conversion and conduct research projects
  • Perform data entry and other project-related tasks
  • Communicate professionally with clients and adapt to their needs
  • Work flexible hours starting at 20 hours per week
  • Potential to grow to 40 hours per week
  • Most project turnaround times are 1-2 days
  • This is a remote position

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate is preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
