In Short

  • Manage CRMs to ensure accurate and updated client and property records
  • Assist with different Real Estate documentation and workflows
  • Assist with property listing preparations (scheduling shoots, writing descriptions, MLS input)
  • Provide general administrative support: calendar management, email inboxes, appointment scheduling
  • Support real estate marketing efforts (email campaigns, social media posts, newsletters)
  • Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors in a professional and timely manner
  • Help maintain organization of digital assets, documents, and databases
