Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a Technology Governance Manager to lead the Technology Governance workstream, overseeing onboarding into a centralized visibility system and governance activities.

In Short

• Lead day-to-day management of oversight governance framework for IT processes and tools.
• Engage with oversight governance system to manage data updates.
• Collaborate with entity points of contact for onboarding into the platform.
• Partner with the Operational Technology workstream manager on standardizing governance activities.
• Enable new tooling capabilities to enhance oversight functions.
• Oversee integration of source systems and asset data maintenance.
• Maintain data quality and monitor IT service health.
• Lead a team of onboarding and tooling specialists.
• Communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support data-driven decision-making through comprehensive IT ecosystem oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years in an IT leadership role with governance exposure.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and trend communication.
• 5+ years of experience leading a team or project.
• Experience with IT asset management and CMDB.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Master’s degree in relevant fields is preferred.
• Experience with GRC frameworks is a plus.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Experience with IT audit processes.
