Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer to join the Phantom Works Systems Engineering and Integration Team, focusing on autonomy and autonomous system development.

In Short

  • Join a team focused on innovative projects for Boeing and DoD customers.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop integrated weapons systems.
  • Implement and manage Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches.
  • Collaborate across engineering disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support system architects and engineering SMEs.
  • Participate in requirements decomposition and system architecture efforts.
  • Engage in risk management and certification planning.
  • Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
  • Position is expected to be 100% onsite in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO.
  • Hiring for various experience levels from Associate to Experienced.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • 2+ years of engineering experience for Level 2 or 5+ years for Level 3.
  • Experience with MBSE, Cameo/MSOSA, and/or SysML.
  • Excellent technical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance.
